Characteristics

Coppa al Sangiovese is made of Italian pork meat that is aged at least 4 months and then marinated in tanks of wine must and Sangiovese for at least 30 days.
 The final product has a perfume that is delicate and intoxicating at the same time, so tender that it melts in your mouth.
This coppa is delicious on a slice of unsalted bread or with traditional piadina,a snack fit for a king.
