Lamucca Gran Riserva is made only with the milk of cows breeded outdoors.
This extraordinary cheese is the result of long months of natural aging when the cheese is massaged and brushed and the development of aging is personally checked by our staff’s hands and expert eyes.
The obtained cheese is dry-salted and aged with walnut leaves powder for long months at constant humidity and temperature.
The colour of paste is ivory.
The perfume remembers bread crust and freshly drawn milk and flavor reserves delicate notes of dried fruit becoming silky and creamy even after long aging months.
