Pecorino al Tartufo

Characteristics

This pecorino is a result of a desire to combine the perfume and the flavour of sheep’s milk with the strong flavour of black truffle.
Thus we obtain a well-balanced cheese with elegant and aromatic notes, delicious paired with dishes made with seasonal fresh vegetables, with a pinched of fresh ground pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

 

Organoleptic characteristics

A white compact cheese, dotted with black truffle shavings.
Delicate and persistent perfume of truffles. Tasty but not piquant and salty.
